About us

About notixzo

We are a UK team of studio professionals who share what we have learned about equipment setup, camera movement, lighting, sound and live workflows, so your news and show crews can work with confidence.

Our story

Born on the studio floor

notixzo started in 2014 when a handful of floor managers, camera operators and gallery directors began writing down the habits that kept their bulletins calm. Those notes became workshops, then audits, and today a full programme for studios of every size.

Our mission is simple: make studio production in motion predictable. When equipment is set up well and people know their roles, live television feels effortless.

What guides our work

Practical first

Everything we teach has been tested on a live studio floor under real deadline pressure.

Attention to detail

From a two-degree camera tilt to a half-decibel gain shift, small decisions shape what viewers see and hear.

Crew-centred

Great pictures come from teams who trust each other. We coach communication as much as equipment.
